How are you dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and meeting with clients?

At Sullivan & Sullivan, we have followed public health guidance, taken precautions, and developed creative solutions in order to continue to safely operate our law office throughout the pandemic. We are dedicated to supporting our clients, employees, and community without interruption during these uncertain times. Fortunately, we have been investing in cutting-edge legal technology so we can operate remotely while still providing the same level of quality service, albeit outside of our cozy conference room. We have met clients “curbside” in the parking lot, and on our clients’ front porches and back decks.

In December 2020, we moved to our new office at 65 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown. We adapted the waiting room into a COVID-safe signing area. The room has windows and a door to the exterior so we can provide plenty of ventilation.  The room is large enough to remain socially distant while complying with all witnessing and notary requirements (and stay out of the rain!).

We are holding client meetings by video conference using a desktop, laptop, or smartphone, and are always available to talk on the phone. Our office procedures will continue to evolve so we can all remain safe and take care of your important legal matters.
