Susan Hayes

Susan was born and raised in beautiful Rhode Island. After graduating from high school, she completed a legal secretarial certificate program at Katherine Gibbs School in Providence. She is married with two adult daughters and five grandchildren. After the birth of her second child, she returned to the workforce as a part-time legal assistant. She has worked continuously as a legal assistant since 1988 and has been with Sullivan Estate Law since 2003. Her responsibilities include assisting with real estate matters, administration of probate and non-probate estates, preparing and filing estate tax returns, payroll administration, and accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Susan enjoys working with the team at Sullivan Estate Law and is passionately committed to our clients. For Susan, Sullivan Estate Law is not just a workplace, but her second family.

When she is not at work, Susan enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating in Narragansett Bat, taking walks, and being outdoors.
