Michaela Stevens

Michaela joined the Sullivan team in 2024 after working as an Account Manager in the Corporate Health and Wellness space for over a decade. Prior to that, she held various roles at Metlife Insurance Company for many years after graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a major in English.

Michaela is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for our clients. She is a team player who demonstrates empathy and active listening. Some of her strengths include exemplary customer service, outstanding execution and project management abilities. She is well organized and attentive to detail.

Michaela is a lifelong resident of RI and resides in Richmond with her husband Gary, children, Emily and Jack, and dog, Max. She treasures the simple joys life has to offer, including spending time with family and friends, walking the beautiful nature trails and beaches of southern Rhode Island, and cooking.
